Welcome to Rūdninkų knygynas (rude:ninku: kne:ge:nas)! We are a small shop on the very edge of Old Town of Vilnius, where you can find and listen to 12inch records from home and abroad. We also have a large selection of English language magazines on the subject of design, photography, music etc., some books and a few eco- and handmade souvenirs.
We love music, so we offer a big selection of vinyls. We have second-hand records as well as completely new and sealed albums. We have old and contemporary rock, eletronic, pop, jazz, classic, folk and even Lithuanian fairytales - something for everyone. Everyday the gramophone is playing, and you can listen to second-hand records before you buy them. Come and feel the mood :)
We are trying to bring together the cozy community of Vilnius. Most of the time we have small exhibitions of local artists, and hold events like poetry evenings or a mini-concert given by a (cover) band during the release of a new record. Come and feel the mood :) |
